Delete Account & Personal Data

At Olvi AI, you have total control over your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated notes, tasks, reminders, folders, chats, and files at any time.

Account Deletion is Permanent & Immediate

Once deleted, your account and all associated data cannot be recovered. There is zero retention: all notes, tasks, reminders, voice recordings, photos, AI conversations, and reminders are purged immediately.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Directly inside the Olvi AI Mobile App

Instant deletion

Open the Olvi AI app on your Android or iOS device.
Navigate to the Profile tab (bottom right icon).
Scroll down to the Account section.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion dialog to instantly and permanently wipe your account and all stored data.

Option 2: Submit an Online Request by Email

For users who uninstalled the app or lost device access

If you have already removed the app from your device or cannot sign in, you can request manual deletion by emailing our support team from your registered Olvi AI account email address:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Please include your registered email address. Requests sent from the registered email are processed within 24 to 48 hours, and a confirmation email will be sent once all data is purged.

What Data is Permanently Deleted?

Account credentials & profile (email, name, password hash)

All notes, tasks, reminders and folders

Voice recordings & audio transcripts

Attached images, photos, and OCR text

AI conversation history and chat threads

All scheduled reminders and alarms

API token usage and billing tracking history

Active login sessions and auth tokens

Data Retention Period:

Olvi AI enforces a 0-day retention policy upon deletion. All records stored in our database and cloud storage buckets are permanently removed immediately upon request execution.
